Step 1 — Email us: Send a note from your purchase email to support@clubgianthorizons.com with the subject Refund Request.
Step 2 — We verify: We look up your order (your email is usually enough; an order ID helps but isn’t required).
Step 3 — Refund: We process the full refund right away. Most banks reflect it within 3–5 business days.
Monthly: Cancel any time. If it’s within 30 days of your first charge, you may request a full refund.
Annual: Full refund within 30 days of purchase. After that, cancel any time to stop the next renewal.
Lifetime: Full refund within 30 days of purchase.
If a welcome kit has already shipped, it’s our gift—no return needed.
To protect members, we may decline refunds in cases of suspected fraud, chargeback abuse, or policy misuse. That’s rare—our default posture is trust and kindness.
