• Respect — Honor people, time, and boundaries. Credit ideas. Protect privacy.

• Honesty — Tell the truth with care. Share real results. Own mistakes.

• Loyalty — Keep promises. Show up. Protect trust. Serve the long game.

• Responsibility — Choose the useful next step. Ask for help early.

• Safety — Use my strength for good. No harassment, hate, or harm.

I understand that violations may lead to warnings, pauses, or removal to keep the space safe for all.

The Pledge (full form)

1) Respect — “We honor people and their time.”

• Give credit. Attribute quotes, frameworks, and sources.

• Ask before DMs; honor a “no.”

• Keep conversations person‑first and inclusive; no slurs or demeaning labels.

• Protect confidentiality of member stories and private spaces.

• Be on time; come prepared; keep meetings tight and purposeful.

2) Honesty — “We tell the truth with care.”

• Share wins and misses accurately—no inflated claims.

• Disclose material interests or affiliations when relevant.

• If you use AI or external help, you remain responsible for the accuracy and tone.

• Say “I don’t know” when needed; seek facts before advice.

• When you break a promise, acknowledge it and reset a clear next step.

3) Loyalty — “We show up, keep promises, and protect trust.”

• Do not gossip or undermine members; address issues directly and respectfully.

• Keep commitments to pods and circles; give notice if you must miss.

• Put the club’s safety above individual gain; no spam, scraping, or uninvited pitches.

• Leave spaces better than you found them—document learnings and handoffs.

4) Boundaries & Prohibited Conduct

• Harassment, hate speech, discrimination, or targeted intimidation.

• Doxxing or sharing private content without consent.

• Plagiarism, deceptive claims, or manipulative “growth hacks.”

• Unsolicited DM selling, mass messaging, or affiliate drops without context.

• Posting illegal content or encouraging unsafe behavior.

5) Safety, Reporting & Moderation

• Use the Report affordance anywhere you see harm or risk.

• Reports are handled discreetly; we may request context or evidence.

• Moderation path: gentle nudge → written warning → temporary pause → removal. Severe violations may result in immediate removal.

• Appeals are welcome; we review with respect and clarity.

6) Privacy & Data

• We prioritize data minimization and clear consent.

• You control your personal data; deletion requests are honored within reasonable timelines.

• We do not sell member data; analytics are aggregate and privacy‑minded.

7) Rituals of Accountability (optional, recommended)

• Daily: 60‑second check‑in (mood, focus, one step).

• Weekly: Independence sprint—remove one constraint.

• Monthly: Integrity audit—keep / kill / commit.

• RHL appreciations: Call out Respect, Honesty, or Loyalty you witness.
